Application
Balchem MG20 is a self basifying agent for chrome tanning. It can be added directly in to chrome bath and requires 4-6 hrs running time to achieve a pH of 4.0. Addition of this product increases the pH gradually and eliminates problem of rapid increase in pH produced by other common alkali used for basification. Hence produces uniform pleasant color on wet blue leather. Base on pickle pH 0.3 - 0.5 % can be used.

Safety
A non hazardous,industrial chemical, should be handled with normal care. Any contact with the eyes and / or spillage on skin should be washed thoroughly in running water.

Storage
This product has 24 months shelf life when stored in original packing in sealed condition at ambient temperature. Protect from moisture and sunlight.
