Compatibility and solubility
Balsyn DR is compatible with  all vegetable and synthetic tanning agents, dyes, auxilliaries. It is readily soluble in water.
 
Properties
Speciality Retanning agent designed for excellent fullness, light colour leather with good grain properties. lt can be used for all types of leather articles.

Impart following properties

  • Excellent filling properties with soft handle.
  • Imparts a very fine and smooth grain surface.
  • Good light fastness 
  • Imparts light colour and good grain properties to EI leather
  • Reduces sludge formation when used in EI tanning
  • Imparts good whiteness to the sheep nappa crust.

 
Application
Balsyn DR can be used in Retanning, Rechroming and Vegetable tanning.The recommended usage for different type of leather are
During Rechroming
• For Medium and Light leather  4 - 5 %
• For Heavy leather                    6 - 7 %.
During   Retanning
• For Medium and Light leather  6- 10 %
• For Heavy Leather                 10-15 %
During Vegetable  tanning
• After tanning  2 -3 %
 
Safety
A non hazardous, industrial chemical, should be handled with normal care. Any contact with the eyes and / or spillage on skin should be washed thoroughly in running water.

Storage
This product has 24 months shelf life when stroed in original packing in sealed condition at ambient temperature. Protect from moistrue and sun light.
