Compatibility and solubility
Balgreasol AF is compatibile with all types of synthetic tanning agents , dyes , auxiliaries . It is readily soluble in water.

Properties
Balchem AF reduces the surface tension of water and thus developes a good emulsifying effect. It has a very good emulsifying capacity for natural grease.It dissolves natural fat and dirt. It reduces the effluent problems because of its solvent, APEO & NPEO free nature.

Application
Balchem AF can be used in all process of the leather processing for degreasing and removing dirt.The recommended usage in different stages are
• Soaking -0.8 - 1.0 % ( % on raw hide weight)
• Liming -0.5 - 0.8 %. (% on raw hide weight)
• Bating and degreasing - 0.3 - 0.4 % ( % on limed pelt)
• Degreasing -1.5 - 2.5 % ( % on pickle weight)

Safety
A non hazardous,industrial chemical, should be handled with normal care. Any contact with the eyes and / or spillage on skin should be washed thoroughly with running water.

Storage
This product has 12 months shelf life when stored in original packing in sealed condition at ambient temperature. Protect from moisture and sun light.
